Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is eyeing another German midfielder Lars Bender according to several reports.

Arsenal have been in strong link recently with Real Madrid and Germany midfielder Sami Khedira and a new link with Bender gives a hint that Arsenal are having difficulties in landing Khedira.
Reports suggested that Chelsea are ready to hijack Khedira by splashing big amount of money. Wenger is eyeing Bender as a backup option and will go for him if he fails to land the Real Madrid star.
Arsene Wenger who recently signed Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona is looking to hijack further players to bolster his squad for next season.
Wenger is eyeing a midfielder who can fill Mikel Arteta’s place as he might be leaving the Gunners this summer.
Bender who was ruled out of the World Cup squad due to thigh injury will cost nearly £18 million. While Khedira who is currently preparing for the World Cup Final against Argentina will cost more than £25 million according to reports.
