Mario Balotelli (Liverpool)
Liverpool acquired Mario Balotelli’s services for only £16million. The Italian joined Liverpool fromAC Milan last week. This is one of the top bargain of this summer’s transfer window. Balotelli is only 24 and is currently Italy’s first choice striker. He already has a vast experience in Premier League as he played three season at Manchester City.
Daley Blind (Manchester United)
Manchester Unitedsigned the highly rated Dutchman Daley Blind from Ajax for a fee around £15million. Blind has proved his worth at the World Cup in June with his decent performances. Buying such a player for only £15million is an exceptional transfer. The 23-year-old played 146 games for the Dutch side before moving to Old Trafford.
Cesc Fabregas (Chelsea)
Chelsea signed Cesc Fabregas for a fee of £27million from Barcelona. The 27-year-old Spaniard is also one of the best buy of this summer. With only £27million for such a talented player is undoubtedly a bargain. Fabregas has already started shining in the Blue jersey, he is leading the BPL top assist chart withfour assists in just three games.
Yes £32million is not a cheap transfer but still from his record it is a cheap one. The 26-year-old is a quality striker and has already proved his worth. All strikers of his category in the past were transferred for a big fee, Fernando Torres and Radamel Falcao are the examples, both were transferred for a fee over £50million. Costa was the third highest top scorer last season in La Liga and currently he is the top scorer in the Premier League with 4 goals.
