Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has given good news to the fans as he relead that Croatian midfielder Luka Modric is expected to be back before his return date.
The former Tottenham Hotspurs midfielder picked up an injury during an international game against Italy. It was confirmed that time that the midfielder is out for atleast three months.
However, the latest updates on his injury has given good news to the Madrid fans as he is expected to be back in the mid of next month.
The Italian boss told Spanish media outlet Marca that his star midfielder is recovering well. He will be back in training after a month.
Since joining the club, Modric has been playing a vital role in the centre of the midfield. Currently, Sami Khedira is getting starting lineup.
The Spanish side signed him for a fee around £33 million in 2012. He is currently playing his third season at Bernabeu and has made 121 appearances.
While, World Cup star James Rodriguez is also out with a leg injury. The Colombian suffered an injury in a La Liga game against Celta Vigo last weekend.
After the scans it was revealed that the injury was minor, he will return soon but the doctors did not revealed the predicted date.
