After an exceptional 2014 year, UEFA has revealed the team for the year 2014 with top talents from top clubs, based on the voting of UEFA.com users.

Below are the eleven players picked by the football fans from around the world!

Manuel Neuer - Bayern Munich and Germany
World Cup winning goalkeeper Manuel Neuer picked the spot with his ultimate goalkeeping skills for both club and country. Neuer who is nominated for the Ballon d’Or got 500,293 votes from the fans.

Sergio Ramos - Real Madrid and Spain
Sergio Ramos scored the late equalizer in the Champions League final which ended the game in favour of Real Madrid later. He got 574,889 votes.

Philipp Lahm - Bayern Munich and Germany
Philipp Lahm led the German side to the World Cup glory, later on he announced his retirement from international football. He earned 506,781 votes.

David Alaba - Bayern Munich and Austria
Another Bayern Munich star David Alaba earned a place in this lineup through his 352,070 votes.

Diego Godín - Atlético de Madrid and Uruguay
Diego Godín played a vital role for Atlético de Madrid in La Liga and Champions League. He helped them to lift the La Liga trophy after 18 years and took them to the final of UCL. (310,231 votes)

Cristiano Ronaldo - Real Madrid and Portugal
Ballon d’Or defending Champion failed to shine in the World Cup but his performances throughout the year of 2014 were exceptional. He earned 598,287 votes, more than any other player.

Lionel Messi - Barcelona and Argentina
Barcelona star Lionel Messi struggled in 2014 with his injuries but still managed to get a name in this team. He played an exceptional part for Argentina in the World Cup. (377,791 votes)

Zlatan Ibrahimovic - Paris Saint-Germain and Sweden
Despite of not featuring in the World Cup Zlatan Ibrahimovic still got a name in this list. (214,674 votes)
