Chelsea and Arsenal are planning to fight for Belgian starlet Youri Tielemans, according to Daily Mail.
The 17-year-old midfielder has been one of the most talented midfielder eyed by big giants including these two London outfits. While Manchester United are also keeping tabs on him.

Tielemans has already played 49 games for his Belgian side Anderlecht. He is also a regular player for Belgian national under-21 side.
Chelsea have recently entered the race to sign the teenager, however, they would have to fight Manchester United and Arsenal to secure his services.
Several of Chelsea fans in a football show said that this would be an excellent signing, he has the capability to become next super star like Eden Hazard. Meanwhile, Arsenal fans replied that a move to the blue side of London will cost him in future, this move would be a wrong decision if he chooses so. Chelsea will send him out on loan, according to them.
It is also reported by Metro that the Blues are also planning to seal another Anderlecht midfielder Leander Dendoncker.
According to Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur, Chelsea are keeping close tabs on the duo star midfielders.
