Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was close in the January window but the deal didn’t happen. The Frenchman has now been much more impressed with his performances and will be making a bid around £5million, as per the reports.
Despite of having a talented right-back Hector Bellerin in the ranks Wenger is still eyeing to bring another right-back. Last summer’s signing Mathieu Debuchy has also returned from his injury.
Meanwhile, Bellerin is targeted by La Liga Champions Barcelona. However, the reports reveal that he will not do the same as of Cesc Fabregas.
Cedric Soares has recently rejected a new deal at the Portuguese outfit. He has one year left on his current contract. Arrival of the Portuguese mean could mean a departure of Bellerin from the other end.
Soares who was born in Germany has been with Sporting Lisbon for the past 16 years. He has also played for every level of Portugal.
Bundesliga outfits Schalke and Wolfsburg are also said to be interested in his move.
