Manchester United are now keeping tabs on Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, according to Manchester Evening News.
The Red Devils are yet to find a perfect striker who can fit into the squad. With Robin van Persie set to join Serie A side Lazio boss Louis van Gaal is keen to add more strikers.
While striker Radamel Falcao who is currently with Colomiba for the Copa America failed to make a name at Old Trafford. Wayne Rooney remains the only senior striker at the moment.
Tottenham’s star Kane has been exceptional for them in the recent season, he was named the young player of the year.
Man United are planning for a £40million bid which is a big amount for the Englishman. But the London side has put a price tag around £65million.
Kane would love to play for Champions League club and with Spurs failed to qualify he might be eyeing a move. The 21-year-old scored 21 goals in 28 Premier League starts. He also scored 5 in 4 Europa League starts last term.
