Paris Saint Germain have rejected the bid from Chelsea for center-back Marquinhos, according to SkySports.
The Blues have offered two bids recently and both of them have been rejected by the French side.

West Ham Untied have signed Michail Antonio on a long term deal from Nottingham Forest.
The 25-year-old passed the medical test earlier today before agreeing to personal terms.
