Premier League side Arsenal have agreed a deal for Dynamo Kyiv winger Andriy Yarmolenko, according to Bleacher Report.

The Reports from Ukraine further revealed that Arsenal's offer of £23million has been accepted by the Ukrainian side and the player would be moving for the medical soon.
The North London side have been keeping tabs on Yarmolenko for the past few weeks and now are set to complete his deal.

Yarmolenko will be the second deal of this transfer window, Mohamed Elneny was first from FC Basel earlier this month.
Premier League another side Everton were also keeping tabs on Yarmolenko but boss Roberto Martinez failed to meet the demand of Dynamo Kyiv.
Yarmolenko has been a star player for the Ukrainian side, he has netted 82 goals in 282 matches for them since his promotion to first team in 2007.
Arsene Wenger has now bolster his midfield but is yet to sign a striker. With transfer window closing in the next few days, the Gunners would be planning to seal the third deal which will be of a striker.
Arsenal new midfielder Mohamed Elneny is expected to start his first game against Burnley in the fourth round of the FA Cup this weekend.
