Tottenham have signed Shilow Tracey from a lower division club Ebbsfleet United, as per Spurs official website.
The youngster impressed the Spurs boss at the trials and signed a contract for an undisclosed fee.

Manchester United have agreed a loan deal with Morecambe for goalkepeer Kieran O’Hara.
The Teenager will be spending the rest of the season at Morecambe.
