Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has signed a new five year contract at the White Hart Stadium, according to SkySports.
After a brilliant season coming to an end for the London side, Spurs Chairman Daniel Levy decided to offer a bumper new deal to the Argentine boss Mauricio Pochettino to keep him for further five years.
Pochettino who moved to Spurs in 2014 summer from Southampton was targeted by Manchester United as he was spotted with Sir Alex Ferguson but now it is clear that the boss is going nowhere.
Spurs had a fine season, they are currently at second spot and could finish at second if they atleast pick a point in their last game against Newcastle United this Sunday.
Spurs were also fighting for the Premier League title few weeks ago until they drop few points and on the other hand Leicester City took the full advantage to take a big lead.
Pochettino upon signing a new deal said that it was an easy decision for him to sign a new deal. Assistants Jesus Perez, Miguel D'Agostino and Toni Jimenez have also signed a new deal which is good for him.
