French giants Paris Saint Germain and Spanish giants Barcelona are keeping tabs on Liverpool star attacker Philippe Coutinho, according to Marca.
The Liverpool star man has been exceptional for the Reds since his move from Inter Milan few years ago.
Coutinho’s country mate Daniel Alves who plays for Barcelona has also told him to leave Liverpool for a better club.
The 23-year-old is currently playing Copa America for Brazil in United States of America.
The Brazilian international was also linked with a move to Barcelona last summer, however the interest from Barca went down.
Neymar said back in 2015 that he would love to play with Coutinho at Barcelona.
Paris Saint Germain have already lost Zlatan Ibrahimović this summer and are keen to add more depth to the squad in order to maintain their consistency.
Coutinho has made more than 140 appearances for Liverpool since his move in 2013.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp might not be willing to sell him but if a £40million offer is on the table then he would be reluctant to deny.

PSG are currently leading the race as the reports claimed that they have made an offer around £25million for the Liverpool player of the year.
However, Coutinho would be curious to play for Barcelona because of Neymar, Lionel Messi and his former Liverpool teammate Luis Suarez.
