Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs has left the club after serving for 29 years both as a player and coach.
Manchester United long servant Ryan Giggs has now finally left the club after serving for almost three decades.
The Welshman joined the club in 1987 and played more than 1000 first team games in all campaigns. He won 13 Premier League titles, two Champions League and many other domestic league cups.
New boss Jose Mourinho will be bringing his own back room staff which clearly meant that there was no place for Giggs, even the former Wales attacker was eyeing for a full time managerial role.
Giggs was assistant manager at United under Louis van Gaal who was sacked after the end of last season. He was also the interim manager at the end of 2014 season when United sacked David Moyes.
Meanwhile, Manchester United have agreed Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s deal from Borussia Dortmund, according to official reports.
