Paul Pogba's agent Mino Raiola revealed yesterday that Mourinho has been targeting his client since 2015.

Raiola further added that it was the contract between Juventus and him that failed to complete Pogba’s move to Stamford Bridge.

The Frenchman left Man United on a free deal for Juventus after getting frustrated in 2012. But re-joined Manchester United for a world record fee £89million on the deadline day last month.

Raiola said that the agreement with the Italian side with the 23-year-old midfielder was that “Pogba can only leave the club if they win Serie A plus Champions League”.

However, he won the Serie A but failed to lift the Champions League as they were knocked out in the quarter finals by Bayern Munich.
