Everton boss Ronald Koeman has confirmed that striker Romelu Lukaku is set to sign a new bumper deal, according to SkySports.
Lukaku has been in talks over a new deal at Goodison Park for the past few days. The Toffees are planning to offer him a £100k a week wage that will make him the highest paid player in the history of Everton.
The Belgian’s agent Mino Raiola has also confirmed that the new deal is 99 percent close but this will not block his future move.

Lukaku's current contract expires in 2019 and with new deal it would take to 2022. However, the interest from top sides still remain on table and they could be launching a bid in the summer window.
He has been exceptional for the club since his £28million move from Chelsea in 2014, he has netted 70 goals in 142 appearances.
The latest reports believe that the deal is not that close but Koeman is very confident despite of knowing Raiola’s comments over his client possible summer move away from Goodison Park.
Koeman told that atleast at the moment he is very happy at the club and will grab the deal, he wants to stay.
