Premier League duo Liverpool and Arsenal are in talks with Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund for their star midfielder Sven Bender, according to Bild.
With the arrival of new boss Thomas Tuchel at Dortmund several of star players are set to leave the club. Tuchel replaced Jurgen Klopp recently for the manager seat.

Mats Hummels, Neven Subotic, Marco Reus and İlkay Gündoğan are already in links with a summer move after a struggling season in Bundesliga. Recently, Manchester United target Hummels and Neven Subotic has told that they will stay at Dortmund.
Sven Bender has reportedly eyeing for a move and has now been targeted by Liverpool and Arsenal, according to German newspaper Bild. Both the sides are in discussions with the German outfit over his possible move in this window.
Defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos is also expected to leave the club as he is planning for a Premier League move.
Bender earns £41,000 per week and he believes that he deserves more than it.
The 26-year-old has been with Dortmund since his move from 2. Bundesliga side TSV 1860 München in 2009. He has made more than 150 appearances in all competitions.
Meanwhile, Gündoğan is still in future doubts despite of linking strongly with Manchester Untied in the past few months.
