Arsenal injury updates ahead of Swansea City clash

Arsenal will be hosting the Welsh side in the eight gameweek of the English Premier League tomorrow at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsene Wenger remains without several players including Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud. Ramsey has been out since first game of this seasons, he is still struggling with the hamstring injury. He is expected to be out for few more weeks.

Giroud who picked up toe injury against Chelsea last month also remain out for few more games. The Frenchman would need several weeks to return back to first team action.

Long term absentees Per Mertesacker and Danny Welbeck remain on the sideline through their knee problems. Both are recovering good and would be seen back in training next week.

The good news for Arsenal fans is that midfielder Francis Coquelin is back from his knee injury and could be starting this game. He picked up injury last month and missed two games for the North London side. 

Also, full-back Hector Bellerin is also available dispute of his injury problem while playing for Spain under 21 last week.

The Gunners are on third spot with 16 points, 2 points behind the league leaders Manchester City who will be facing Everton tomorrow.
