Tottenham Hotspur supporters’ group has demanded the answers from the chairman Daniel Levy for the future plans of the club after the sacking of Portuguese manager Andre Villas-Boas.
Levy has now sacked seven managers during his reign at Tottenham. He made the decision of sacking AVB after a 5-0 disastrous result against Liverpool on Sunday.
Levy, who is considering managers to replace AVB was at Spurs’ training ground on Thursday.
West Ham United secured their place in the Capital One Cup semi-finals after winning against managerless Tottenham 2-1 at White Hart Lane, but Spurs caretaker manager Tim Sherwood believes he can still take the manager’s seat permanently.
Levy has to make the decision quick regarding the new manager and according to Frank de Boer’s agent, Spurs have expressed an interest in the Ajax manager, while fellow Dutch managers Ronald Koeman and Guus Hiddink have also been linked for the manager's seat.
Sherwood still believes that he can manager Spurs but he also said that it would have to be right for him and the club.
He said he need to talk to Levy and see what they are thinking regarding new manager.
He also said that he is always ready for a challenge. He is very opinionated. The caretaker manager knows a certain way he needs to play. He thinks that he can manages the team and the players.
